This is the organizational chart for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) leadership team including the Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioners and the Division Directors and Regional Directors.
Commissioner’s Office
Sarah Strommen is the Commissioner of the DNR and Barb Naramore is the Deputy Commissioner. The Deputy Commissioner reports to the Commissioner.
Three Assistant Commissioners, four Regional Directors and the General Counsel report to the Deputy Commissioner:
Bob Meier, Assistant Commissioner, supervises the Divisions of Enforcement (ENF) and Fish and Wildlife (FAW)
Jess Richards, Assistant Commissioner, supervises the Divisions of Ecological and Water Resources (EWR) and Lands and Minerals (LAM)
Shannon Lotthammer, Assistant Commissioner, supervises the Divisions of Operations Services (OSD), Forestry (FOR) and Parks and Trails (PAT)
The Regional Directors reporting to the Deputy Commissioner are:

Clarissa Spicer, Region 2 (Northeast) Director

Colonel Rodmen Smith is the Director for the Enforcement Division.

Kelly Straka is the Director for the Fish and Wildlife Division.

Patty Thielen is the Director for the Forestry Division.

Joe Henderson is the Director for the Lands and Minerals Division.
Operations Services Division
Judy Schmidt is the Director for the Operations Services Division.
